Spiritual Direction & Mentoring

Do you want to grow in deepening intimacy with God? Are you struggling with difficult issues in life and ministry? Does your relationship with God feel dry?
Spiritual direction can help.
The Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association defines spiritual direction this way:
“A Christian spiritual director is a trained listener who will accompany you as you share about your spiritual journey, helping you to notice God’s presence and activity along the way, as well as your personal reactions and responses. Hospitable, confidential, and grounded in biblical truth, spiritual direction is a ministry that helps you grow in prayer and live into your calling as a follower of Christ.”
Whether you are looking for a spiritual director to companion through specific seasons in life or you would like to partner with one as part of your regular spiritual disciplines, I can help.
As your spiritual director, I can:
- Provide a fresh perspective, one that is different from your own
- Strengthen you when you are weary in the faith
- Discover new, biblical practices and ways of interacting with God
- Help you remain attentive to the movement of God in your life
- Offer encouragement during life’s trials
- Intercede on your behalf
My formal training is through Sustainable Faith’s School of Spiritual Direction. I am a member of Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association. As a trained spiritual director, I ascribe to ESDA’s doctrinal statement and code of ethics.
